Construct Health Limited was formed by Mike Schultze after 20+ years of experience in large multinational corporates and state-owned enterprises in civil and high-rise construction, power transmission, and oil refining industries.

Mike also understands how projects look from the client’s perspective due to the roles he has undertaken in management as both the contractor and the client and, more recently, as a consultant. This ensures he understands the client's requirements, challenges and constraints, consultants and contractor relationships.

Mike is an expert in helping organisations to develop corporate Health, Safety policies and procedures, implement safety management systems and comprehensive hazard management systems, reduce injury rates and duration, implement audit programmes, investigate incidents and establish employee assistance and wellness programmes.
